As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment, we can cancel the shipment. There are no costs to cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped. Generally, we submit items for fulfillment within 6 hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it. If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to receive a refund once you receive your product!

** Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Centre in accordance with the following Return Policy:
- Items must be sent back within 10 business days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
- All returns are refunded in full via store credit in the form of an online discount card.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Centre.
- Seina does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Additional notes: The return processing time-frame does not include the time needed for your return package to deliver to our facility. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
